Description
Suya is the famous skewered grilled meat sold by Hausa vendors across Nigeria. The flavour comes from the spice rub — a balance of roasted groundnut (peanut), dried chili, ginger, garlic, paprika, salt and a pinch of cloves. Ours is ground fresh every two weeks in small batches.
Use it as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or fish before grilling, or sprinkle on roasted vegetables and fries. Heat level: medium-hot.
Contains peanuts. Net weight 100 g. Best within 6 months of opening; reseal tightly.
