SMS messaging program
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Umar Bas E-Commerce and General Enterprises (“Umar Bas”), you agree to the following terms.
What messages you will receive
- Account notifications: one-time verification codes when signing in or resetting your password.
- Order notifications: order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery alerts, and customer support replies related to your order.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and orders. You will typically receive between 1 and 6 messages per order.
How to opt in
You opt in by ticking the SMS notifications checkbox at checkout on umarbas.com when placing an order, or by enabling SMS in your account preferences. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Umar Bas.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages thereafter. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@umarbas.com.
Carrier disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Umar Bas is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by your mobile carrier.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors strictly in support of SMS service delivery (for example, our SMS provider) is permitted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported carriers
Our SMS programme works with all major US and UK mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
