Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery times
- UK: typically 7 to 12 business days from dispatch.
- US: typically 8 to 15 business days from dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email and, if you opted in, by SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs and duties
Items are shipped from Nigeria. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, customs duties or VAT may be applied by your local authorities. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@umarbas.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in original condition within 14 days; the customer pays return shipping. Refund is issued once we receive the item.
Lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please email us. We work with the courier to locate it and resolve any issue.
